Once you choose your special pair, We kindly ask for you to place your order in advance.

And let us create your magic for you.

Pre Order will allow us to bespoke create your colour and size within a month of you placing.

If you are un sure of your size you can measure this up below.

DELIVERY

We offer flexible shipping options to meet your needs - Express, Australia Post and Couriers Please.

For orders within Australia we recommend choosing the Express post option as it will be a more guaranteed to receive your order faster & in time for your special event.

At times standard post can be as quick as 4 days & delayed for up to 10-14 business days in busy periods.

Once your order has been handed over to Australia post we will have no control on speeding up or re-directing your delivery address.

Please be mindful to double check your shipping address on order placement. Sometimes Automated shipping inputs can throw a spanner.

Once your item has been made, received & checked over, we neatly pack into recyclable packaging for you to treasure, love and enjoy.

Please note that once your order has been collected and lodged by Post or courier collection, AR is not liable for lost or missing parcels. The delivery address noted on order placement is automated to your shipment booking. Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes 
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.

RETURNS

AR accepts returns on full priced items* within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date under the following conditions

Please try your new pair on a soft or carpet surface to avoid marks or scuffing.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Item(s) must not look worn, scuffed or marked.
  • Item(s) ordered as a bespoke colour combination out of our standard offering is unable to be returned.
  • Afterpay, Layby and ZipPay method orders are strictly returnable for a credit note or 8% merchant fee to be deduced from refund.

ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN LODGED

FULL PRICED PURCHASES AUSTRALIA WIDE:

  • You will receive an email from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to AR
  • If you choose to exchange your item please contact us so we can allocate your size for exchange.

International customers, due to the inflated shipping fees expenses on your original order, we will kindly ask for you to send the item back to at your own expense address provided by us.

FINAL SALE, EOY SALE, PROMOTIONAL SALE PURCHASES:

  • We can only offer exchange only for SALE ITEMS
  • Final or promotional sale applies when your item is reduced at more than 10% of its full RRP.

AR is a low profit label, selling items at reduced prices usually results in a loss to this small business. 

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN

  • If you are an AU customer you will be able to track your return via the Aus Post label you received. For international customers we recommend organising a label that you can track.
  • Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received to HQ and are made in the form of the original payment or, if you wish, store credit
  • If you opt for store credit, this credit will be made immediately available to you via email. Please note, store credits can only be redeemed once & cannot be refunded at a later date.
  • If you paid via card, Pending your bank issuer funds can take 5-7 business days to securely process.
  • If you paid via AfterPay Zip Pay or Alipay you will receive a credit or refund minus 8% of the transaction value (due to inflated administration charges as a small business)
  • You will receive a courtesy email update As soon as your refund has been initiated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. AR takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by AR

If your item is returned with evidence or it being worn, dirty or scuffed. AR has the right to return the item to customer at their expense or charge a $30 footwear dry cleaning fee.

Please be respectful as our Occupational Health and Safety standards are strictly in line with World Health and Australian Government guidelines.

Please note if you change your mind from an exchange, we don’t accept exchanges for a refund. And further returns will need to be sent back at the customers expense for a credit note only. Credit notes can only be redeemed once.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

AR is a low profit label, selling items at reduced prices usually results in a loss to this small business. 

All items bought under any sale or promotion including Flash Sales (anything reduced more than 10%)

Sale Items sold at 30% or more reduced than original RRP can only be returned for a size exchange. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping on exchanges.

Items sold at more than 40%, SAMPLE and ARCHIVE SALES are strictly non returnable.

All SAMPLE & ARCHIVE sale purchases are final and not eligible for any returns, this includes store credit, exchange or refund.

Shipping is passed directly to shipping carriers so shipping is non-refundable unless item could not be provided and no shipping carrier used for that particular order.
